Shipping Issues & Resolutions

Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, we will:

  • Communicate proactively by setting clear expectations and providing tracking updates

  • Investigate the issue by checking tracking and contacting the carrier if needed

  • Offer solutions, which may include updated delivery timelines, discounts, or store credit

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document everything – Please send photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging

  2. Provide details – Order number, tracking number, and proof of item value

  3. Claim filing – We will file a claim through Shopify using Shipsurance or the carrier

  4. Resolution – We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost:

  • We’ll confirm with the carrier that the package is truly lost

  • File an insurance or carrier claim through Shopify

  • Reship or refund your order once the claim process is initiated
