In the event of a lost or damaged package, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you with information needed to file a claim, but RestScience cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our Site passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. This means that once your order is picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you.
